Child Theme is a separate theme that would inherit the functionalities of another theme, called “parent theme” (in this case, Suki is the parent theme). Child Theme is usually used if you want to add or modify the parent theme’s functionalities via codes.
WARNING: It’s not recommended to directly modify or change Suki (parent theme) files to extend its functionalities, because your changes would be lost when you update Suki (parent theme). Please use Child Theme if you want to extend Suki’s functionalities.
